Silicone replacement kits and self-cleaning pads are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.

VueSonic warrants its devices for a period of One (1) YEAR after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device.

It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device will void the warranty.

If you discover a defect and notify VueSonic during the warranty period, VueSonic will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period.

VueSonic Contact Lens Cleaning Devices are splash proof. The new Duo-compartment Water/Power Separation Design avoids electrical failure due to accidental water leak and humidity. However, it is recommended to keep the device in dry environment and air-dry the device (lid open and silicone parts out) if it has contacted water. Wet electrical parts (especially in the battery slot at the bottom of the device) may rust and causes short circuit and electrical failure.

It may happen when the battery level is too low. Change the battery as soon as the green light is off.

VueSonic should be stored, operated, and transported under the conditions:

• Operation temperature 41 to 104 Fahrenheit (5 to 40 Celsius) degrees
• Storage/transportation temperature: -4 to 131 Fahrenheit (-20 to 55 Celsius) degrees
• Relative humidity <=80%

Determine if your local recycling agency recycles VueSonic. Separate the metal portions of the device from the plastic portions of the device. Put the metal portions in the appropriate recycling container and the plastic portions in the appropriate recycling container.
